2025-2026 Maintenance Fees

For the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year, total fees are $210.00 per lot, with annual dues @ $130 per lot and dam maintenance fees @ $80 per lot. Since 2023-2024 dues are past due, an additional $10 has been added to this payment option to cover the late fee. There will be a convenience fee of $6.50 per lot. if you pay online.

For those members keeping a boat at the new Jon Boat Landing thru April 2026, the Jon Boat Landing Cleaning & Maintenance Fee is set at $25.
